The Xpelair Natural Air 180 Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit is a compact, high-performance solution for whole-house ventilation, designed to continuously supply fresh, filtered air while extracting warm, stale, and moisture-laden air from the home. Ideal for apartments and properties up to three bedrooms, it delivers balanced ventilation that significantly improves indoor air quality and helps eliminate condensation, odours, and airborne pollutants.

Utilising an efficient EC ball-bearing motor and advanced heat recovery technology, the Natural Air 180 helps reduce energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable indoor environment. Ultra-fine G3 filtration ensures cleaner air throughout the property, making it particularly beneficial for allergy sufferers.

The unit features a 100% summer bypass to prevent overheating during warmer months and a winter defrost function to ensure reliable operation in colder conditions — eliminating draughts and cold spots all year round. An onboard active humidistat automatically boosts performance when humidity levels rise, providing responsive and intelligent ventilation control.

Designed with both installers and homeowners in mind, the Natural Air 180 has a compact footprint (552 × 609 × 285 mm) and comes in two lightweight sections for easy handling and cupboard installation. Front access allows for straightforward maintenance, filter changes, and control adjustments. The unit runs continuously and includes three adjustable airflow speeds — trickle, boost, and purge — which can be pre-set via the integrated front controller.
