Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, or a Pallet Delivery Contractor, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


UK & Ireland Shipping

  • A flat rate shipping fee of £10 applies to all standard parcel orders under £100 shipped within the UK and Ireland/Northern Ireland
  • Orders with a total weight over 30kg that require pallet delivery and are below £100 are subject to a flat pallet shipping fee of £88
  • Certain postcodes may be excluded from flat rate shipping and could incur additional charges. Any applicable costs will be shown at checkout

International & Worldwide Shipping

Ventilation Superstore offers worldwide shipping.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, order size, and weight.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT once the order reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout where available. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ventilation-superstore.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@ventilation-superstore.com with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition.

We assess all cases individually and will work to provide a suitable resolution.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
