The Xplus 2 Central Extract Ventilation System is a high-performance, continuous ventilation solution designed to effectively remove stale, moist air from domestic kitchens, bathrooms, and wet rooms. Featuring a low-profile 190 mm multi-spigot design, the Xplus 2 offers exceptional installation flexibility. Xplus 2 EC models incorporate energy-efficient EC motors with backward-curved impellers, delivering powerful yet economical extraction performance with long operational life. The unit includes four speed options, three of which are installer-selectable, enabling precise configuration to meet Part F building regulation extraction rates based on the size and layout of the dwelling.
